Mumtaz A. Siddiqui, M.D., F.R.C.P., F.A.C.C.

Dr. Siddiqui specializes in adult cardiology. He was born Hyderabad, India and earned his medical degree from the Government Medical College in Aurandagbad, India. Dr. Siddiqui is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Nuclear Cardiology. He completed a fellowship in Electrophysiology at Wake Forest University/Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina. Dr. Siddiqui joined IHLA in 2007. He is a principal investigator for Illinois Heart and Lung Research Center, S.C. Dr. Siddiqui is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and a member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC), Heart Rhythm Society (HRS), Illinois State/McLean County Medical Society, American Medical Association (AMA), American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) and American College of Physicians (ACP). Dr. Siddiqui and his wife have three children.
